My full Hypnobirthing experience includes the following 1:1 time:

2 x 2 hour hypnobirthing sessions with your birth partner, either online or in your home

2 × 1 hour hypnotherapy sessions to get you emotionally prepared for birth

1 × 1 hour birth reflection session when your baby is here

• Relaxation tracks to use at home.

• My ongoing support via Telegram, right up until your baby arrives
